Tuskers Hill by Poppys Anaikatti

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was very well prepared and served. The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough. It’s built on a steep hillside so be prepared to have a good workout for the thighs coming and going to the restaurant and reception areas if you wish to walk; gold cart transport service is available if you prefer. Plenty of games to play and keep busy with if you wish or simply sit and enjoy the surrounding nature from your veranda. Very pleasant hotel in lovely location. The Night Ride could do with a bit more structure and engagement with the guests onboard so they can learn something of the nature of the habitat and animals to be found there.

Visited this property as a family. For the hype it had on the internet,room charges and pictures were disappointing. Stayed in many places in Munnar, Coorg , wayanad and like but cost doesn't match the quality of the room and amenities. Staffs were too good. Be it on restaurant , housekeeping or engineering guys (had issue with bath tub ) they were too good. They made our stay better. Food was good. On the whole for stay I won't recommend
