We had no internet connection & relied solely on WiFi (our bad) and we received email with instructions only hours before we arrived. This is turn meant we had no idea which villa was ours or how to get in. Could have saved a bit of time with better communication in advance. Don, however, was very helpful once we were able to get in touch with him & was always able to be reached if need be, with a landline provided in the villa. Don also popped in with a plate of fresh yellow fin tuna, which we appreciated & was perfect for dinner that night. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking should you wish to eat in, a large water bottle was set up in the kitchen with drinkable water, saved having to go into town & fill up our bottles. The view was outstanding & water just perfect for swimming & snorkeling. There is a large tub full of snorkels, goggles & fins & kayaks for use also.
Lighting & maybe a fan in the main living area as there is no air-conditioning. There are screens on all windows but no screen on the large sliding doors so had to close over to avoid mosquitoes of a night, made it quite hot & stuffy.

The location though is 10/10 and there’s kayaks which is great for kids.
The property is very dated and congested. Bathroom is very old and wasn’t very clean as the toilet seat slides so gross stuff comes from the seat which is very unappealing. No where to really sit as the lay out isn’t great
