Bella Beach Bungalows

Awesome property and meet all our expectations. Very good location to supermarket and cafes. Would definiately stay here again.

Would have been really helpful if the WiFi code had been given when we arrived and some instructions on how to use the TV channels.

We stayed in the lodge for two nights. It is s beautiful well equipped A frame property behind the main house The property is very spacious and clean, there is a full size fridge with a freezer compartment There was a bottle of water and a small carton of milk with tea, coffee and sugar so you could have a drink on arrival. There us a lovely waterfall shower and small guest soap is provided so you can grab s shower after travel. The utensils are really good, plenty of cups, plates glasses. Really good saucepans, frying pan and cooker in the property. The bed was DELIGHTFUL after 48 hours travel from the UK it was so good to have a comfortable bed. There is a decking area with outdoor furniture, a table, 3 chairs and rattan seats. We used the washing machine to wash two days of flight clothes and dried them on the airer provided. We had a great stay here.

This question is asked by booking.com. it is not a dislike but something that would be really useful. A laminated sheet with a few details such as where to drop your rubbish at the end of the stay.

The Lodge is a reasonable size with a well equipped kitchen. A reasonable amount of privacy.

The marketing of this accommodation is incorrect. I thought that I had booked Bella Beach Bungalow. When instead I was booked into a lodge away from the beach front. This was a big disappointment as last year I had stayed at Bella Beach Bungalows. This trip with my husband was intentional to stay at Bella Beach Bungalows but it was not what we got. It only mentions a Bella Lodge halfway down the page after booking. I realised before the travel raising this concern with both Booking.com and Anabel the owner. Each party blaming the other. When I asked to change it, this was not possible and having a no cancelation policy meant I had to accept the Lodge. Really difficult to find it is not signposted fortunately Anabel guided us to the Lodge. The views from the kitchen window are at rubbish with the need to walk through other properties to get to the beach. Frustrating to find the Lodge is advertised on a different Website at a cheaper rate. The whole set up on Booking shows the beachfront Bungalows. This needs to be transparent. Disappointing.
