Loved the layout of the property and how you had options to sleep upstairs or downstairs. Facility’s were all nice and clean. The big grass/deck area was a bonus + they had a swing set for if you had kids. Bed was comfortable. Communication while we were there was also good. Provided lots of towels which was handy for our swimming/showers.
If you are planning on going rarotonga, just know the property is right in the middle of the island, so abit of a drive but overall, no complaints.

Amazing location on the beach walk in and snorkel. The villa is well equipped with a comfortable bed and excellent cooking facilities and utensils including a great BBQ. Wifi is also very good for a small fee. I highly recommend getting a car or scooter for at least part of your stay it is really handy for shopping and night activities like the markets.

The Lodge is a reasonable size with a well equipped kitchen. A reasonable amount of privacy.
The marketing of this accommodation is incorrect. I thought that I had booked Bella Beach Bungalow. When instead I was booked into a lodge away from the beach front. This was a big disappointment as last year I had stayed at Bella Beach Bungalows. This trip with my husband was intentional to stay at Bella Beach Bungalows but it was not what we got. It only mentions a Bella Lodge halfway down the page after booking. I realised before the travel raising this concern with both Booking.com and Anabel the owner. Each party blaming the other. When I asked to change it, this was not possible and having a no cancelation policy meant I had to accept the Lodge. Really difficult to find it is not signposted fortunately Anabel guided us to the Lodge. The views from the kitchen window are at rubbish with the need to walk through other properties to get to the beach. Frustrating to find the Lodge is advertised on a different Website at a cheaper rate. The whole set up on Booking shows the beachfront Bungalows. This needs to be transparent. Disappointing.
