About this house rental

Teres Residence is a large spacious 4 bedroom home just 200 meters from one of the best beaches on Rarotonga, great for Snorkeling and swimming. The House is great for entertaining with two decks both catching the morning and evening sun. The house is great if you are travelling with children or large groups. It is within walking distance to the New Moana Restaurant and Little Polynesian Restaurant.

It was an amazing stay with such a great location. House had everything that you needed & you felt like you were at home!! Had an abundance of necessities such as towels, kitchen needs. We loved our stay & would recommend to anyone with a family or coming as a group. The beach was stunning & the house was away from all the tourists which made our time feel so private & luxurious. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Clean and tidy, great location. Awesome snorkeling 200m away. Great spaces for large groups. Downside is the bedroom with no window which is really a poor design and very hot for sleeping.

We had a wonderful 10 days with family, the house is so spacious and accommodated the 6 adults and 1 teenager comfortably. The outside space on the decks on both sides of the house was well used during our stay. Everything you could want is in the house, lots of beach towels was provided and a real blessing. We loved all the local dogs and chooks that came by to say hi! The location to the beach was perfect for snorkelling and watching the sunset. The locals are friendly and the house is situated between all the activities that we booked (Te Vara Nui, KiteSup, Moana sea scooters and the food market in Muri. We would recommend this property for families of all sizes. Really good value for money
