About this house rental
Teres Residence is a large spacious 4 bedroom home just 200 meters from one of the best beaches on Rarotonga, great for Snorkeling and swimming. The House is great for entertaining with two decks both catching the morning and evening sun. The house is great if you are travelling with children or large groups. It is within walking distance to the New Moana Restaurant and Little Polynesian Restaurant.

We had a wonderful 10 days with family, the house is so spacious and accommodated the 6 adults and 1 teenager comfortably. The outside space on the decks on both sides of the house was well used during our stay. Everything you could want is in the house, lots of beach towels was provided and a real blessing. We loved all the local dogs and chooks that came by to say hi! The location to the beach was perfect for snorkelling and watching the sunset. The locals are friendly and the house is situated between all the activities that we booked (Te Vara Nui, KiteSup, Moana sea scooters and the food market in Muri. We would recommend this property for families of all sizes. Really good value for money

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tere’s Residence. The house was well looked after, beautifully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 adults, 3 children & 1 infant. It had all the bells & whistles in the kitchen, bathroom, lounge areas & outdoor equipment too. Great spot if you are wanting to spend time at the beach as it’s only just at the end of the drive. Thank you to the hosts who were helpful and easy to communicate with. We hope to be back again.

We stayed with another family and were all extremely impressed by this home and the location. Everything was very clean and modern, the deck was huge and sunny and it was a very short walk to one of the best beaches for snorkling. The owners were a pleasure to communicate with and we were very sad to leave the house and the lovely dogs who hang around to keep us company. We would definitely stay here again!

Good house for a family. Short walk to swimming beach. Kayak to use was a bonus. Nice to have 2 decks each side of the house. A nice holiday.
