Situated on the south-end of the idyllic island of Rarotonga, this 4 bedroom villa-unit accommodation prides itself on seclusion and tranquility surroundings. Set amongst the lushness of the Titikaveka hills, this four bedroom, new home is the talk of the village, Paradise Holiday Homes Rarotonga.

Each home boasting four bedrooms with shared en suites, fully insect screened and their own swimming pools. If the goal is peace and quiet, look no further, Paradise Holiday Homes Rarotonga is on a family road away from traffic. Through the main door and through the fully kitted out kitchen, to the right is a massive living room and dining area, and to the left are the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own safe, and the king beds can be split as singles. Keep walking through and you'll hit the pool area, with a very big Weber BBQ ready to be fired up. The owners attention to detail is everywhere, from the beds and linen to all the furnishings.
Paradise Holiday Homes Rarotonga is also ideal for large families and groups searching for tranquility in a tropical setting and is less than 1 km to the white sand beaches Titikaveka has to offer, the additional homes will easily accommodate 2 to 32 people.

Great place to stay for a family with kids. Nice quiet and relaxing with the pool. All the amenities provided as listed. Like a home away from home! We will be back. Really nice owner, great comms. Highly recommend any villa to stay at.

Great property with everything you need for a family holiday.Appreciated the offer of groceries on arrival and double checking of flights.The BBQ gas bottle was replaced quickly on request.It can be a bit noisy with neighbours & roosters so recommend bringing ear plugs.

Great house and location but the first four days of our stay was very noisy from adjacent villas and after one particular very loud and long event we had to complain and even looked at moving elsewhere but nothing was suitable for the rest of our stayWe stayed in Villa 1 and the position of the bedrooms meant when the other renters used their pool etc we got all the noiseAfter we complained the noise level dropped and last few days were good tho unsure on wether the back Villas were rented
