The rooms were spacious and clean, with reliable Wi-Fi and attentive housekeeping enhancing comfort. Staff were friendly and facilities generally good, though the pool was not as big as expected. Location was decent but not as convenient as in the centre of sai kung

The property is quite worn out. Our bean bags had holes in them and should be replaced, and the bathroom sink was dirty upon arrival. Customer service also needs improvement. I arrived with two large pieces of luggage and asked the front desk receptionist for help, but he unhelpfully replied that I should "use the lift next time" instead of assisting. To make matters worse, a large group in the neighboring room was incredibly noisy, playing card games around 1:00 AM. While I reported the issue to the front desk to resolve it, the overall experience was frustrating.

The hotel is well maintained and clean even being directly next to the water. The suite was spacious, the staff was helpful to fix the tv for us to view the World Cup opening ceremony. We ended up having to switch to another room. The breakfast by Bricklane was a great start to the morning. Lots of island sight-seeing options for longer stayers. Would stay there again when there’s a good deal.

$2000 hkd per night doesn't include toothbrushes, the pots and pans were oily, we were not told of the check out time when checking in, and had to wait 45 minutes for breakfast after reserving the time and choosing the meal upon check in. toilet, soap & conditioner, bed, and floor were very clean and was high quality.
