We stayed for 13 nights, and by the end of our stay, the hotel truly felt like home. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, while the housekeeping and front desk services were excellent throughout our stay. We were always greeted at the lobby by friendly and helpful staff.
We stayed in a Family Fortress with bunk beds, which was perfect for our family. The room was surprisingly spacious and had plenty of storage space for all our luggage, making it easy to stay organized even during a longer trip.
The location couldn’t be better. The hotel is conveniently located right above multiple malls and the MTR, making it incredibly easy to get around and access everything we needed. It offers the convenience of being in the heart of the city without having to pay the premium that often comes with staying in the more touristy districts.

The hotel is directly accessible from the MTR station, with shopping malls and numerous dining options nearby. The standard rooms are spacious, and the room cleanliness meets expectations. The bell counter staff are warm, friendly, and helpful to guests.
