    I am a solo traveler and had a vacation in Hong Kong. The location of the hotel is very accessible in all the places you wanted to go. The hotel is clean and affordable.

    Hotel yg ok banget buat solo traveler, letaknya strategis tidak masuk gang kecil jadi gampang dicari. Staffnya ramah & walaupun kecil tapi nyaman buat istirahat. Mungkin aku akan menginap disini lagi kalau ke Hongkong lagi

    Terrible customer service and dishonest lost-and-found handling. We returned to MK Stay Hotel Hong Kong two days after checking out because we left our universal socket adapter in the room. Instead of being helpful, the receptionist was extremely rude and insisted they did not find it. She demanded that we leave and even began shouting at us. We stood our ground and insisted she double-check with the housekeeping staff. She finally called the cleaning lady, who had the adapter with her the whole time and never turned it over to the lost and found. Basic honesty and professional communication are lacking here. Be very careful if you leave anything behind.
