    Overall, we are happy about the stay. Staffs are polite and friendly. Other customers behave well. The only inconvenience is the reading lights switches are too far away from the bed. The room door and bathroom door are a bit scratchy. Needed to close them with a force which can cause some loud noise.

    The size of the room is huge as per hkg standards. The location is perfect.. bus stop, mtr, main Nathan road, eateries, supermarket, shopping… everything is 2-5 mins walk from hotel. Also the airport bus is 2-5 mins away from hotel . The best part is even though it is in the heart of city it is not at all noisy. Staff attitude is so nice, friendly and helpful. And they speak and understand English. Especially Reception staff Mr Jeff was very helpful and assisted us with all our requirements. And they even provided complimentary continental buffet breakfast… simple but wholesome and fresh.the cafeteria was clean and the service staff very efficient and friendly… we just loved our stay and 100% stay in caritas bianchi again. We recommend tourists to definitely stay in this hotel. We want to thank the management and hotel staff for our wonderful 6nites stay👌

    When I arrived at around 7am from the airport, I was told that the room was not ready AND there are no bathroom facilties for guests other than in the room they booked!! Breakfast is very, very basic .... Room is tiny compared to the one I had at my last stay at this lodge.

    Decent accommodation at a convenient location. 3 min from Yaumatri MTR, airport bus and loads of local eateries. Shower was strong, hot water plentiful and bedding very comfortable. Windows are not sound proof but noise from traffic was not an issue. Major criticism is that there is no washrooms available before ypu check into your room or after you check out!!!! Furnisings are dated but clean.
