    The hotel and location is a 10/10. The staff’s were polite and helpful. But the rooms were not the tidiest, nor the facilities were upto a 4 star hotel standard.

    comfort as expected for a **** in Paris. I did not test the breakfast buffet though (that looks smallish, as the "dining room" does) - staff requires training, at 8:15 all "available" tables had been used and not cleaned, still the steward asked me for my room number without showing any intent to help me find a table to sit at and prepare it... fortunately there is a supermarket right across the street...

    I would not recommend staying here for more than one night. Whether you stay for 1 night, 3 nights, or even a full week, you only get a total of 2 complimentary bottles of water for the entire stay. If you need more, you must pay an extra fee. The front desk handed me water without any prior notice about the price, only to find out it cost 3.5 EUR per bottle. During my 3-night stay, I ended up paying an unexpected 60 EUR in additional charges (7 EUR for two bottles of water and 53 EUR for city tax). I’m sharing this so others can be prepared for these hidden expenses. Furthermore, there was severe mold in the bathroom, which made showering feel quite unhygienic. The room was also much smaller than expected, and the "view" was just a view of another apartment building, nothing like the advertised photos. While it is very close to a subway station, it’s quite far from the main tourist attractions, which was disappointing. The staff were friendly, but overall, this stay made me question whether this place truly deserves its 4-star rating.
