It was a great stay, the hotel is very generous, we came early and since there’s available room they let us check-in.

Very accommodating and staff are very kind.

Nice compromise

Hotel is nice and quiet, very close to the metro. We were able to use our streaming USB stick with the TV in our room. Beds and pillow were soft enough. Shower is ok

Its neighborhood is also well organized. There is a colorfully decorated alley that has many of diverse restaurants.

Little bit of small size of the shower booth. Same menu of breakfast in every day. None of dumbells in the gym.

We booked a 4 night stay. The Double rooms at this hotel are tiny 12m2. The photos on Bookings.com are not representative of the rooms. When I raised the issue with the front desk, I was advised the photos were Bookings.com problem, not his. Apparently the photos are of a disabled access room... At 200 euro per night after taxes and charges, it was a waste of time. We checked out after the 1st night and went somewhere else. I'd suggest you avoid

We loved the location. although it’s not in the center of all the tourist things, there are lot’s of restaurants and shops just steps from the hotel as well as a close metro stop. The rooms were very clean and the property is well maintained.

Overall good, part average

Staff so kind and breakfast delicious. The balcony is good.

the breakfast said close 11:30 a.m but they start clean and remove the food and drink in 10:20 or earlyer, and its price is 13.5€ per day so i think the experience not quiet good. The shower in the hotel spouts water very fast and powerful, it hurts back and the water temperature fluctuates from hot to cold.

All in all, an OK hotel at a good location.

Nice location close to the metro and bus station. In walking distance of the Accor Arena and the beautiful Bercy Parc. Friendly Staff, if not overeager (see negatives). Good room service.

The rooms are way more cramped then the pictures might show. The A/C was loud but did it's job. The cleaning staff was so happy to work that they woke us up every morning at 9:00 am asking us if want our room cleaned. I appreciate the gesture but it's way too early.

Adequate for a short stay in Paris, although a bit expensive and nothing special at all

The Hotel was very clean, the rooms were made up well daily. The breakfast wasn't too bad, just lots of pastry and almost no meat options or healthier foods, but they had croissants every day so we mostly enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and obliging, the location of the Hotel isn't bad, it's close to the metro, but it's not really that close on foot to any main attractions.

The bathroom was very small, the windows opened in a weird way and there was no web on the windows so for summer that would be a problem. Our view was terrible. The AC was only central and couldn't be changed adequately in our room. The smell in the room wasn't good when we arrived but it fixed itself with time. Honestly the Hotel is just too expensive for what it offers in general and its location, but I guess that's just Paris for you.
