    I spent a night here. They gave me an interior room with a window looking onto the staircase. The room was very small with very little space to unpack. Fortunately I was alone, but for two people, it would be very tight. Might just be okay for one or two nights for not long. The hotel needs a renovation.

    As expected. Snow white and smooth sheets, hot water, close location to the main attraction. I had an inner room unfortunately, but you can crack the window open (lock for safety) and there is a light curtain for day and a dark curtain for night. The lights were all or nothing except the nightstands and bathroom. Wide variety breakfast. There is a tourist tax, as reported by others.

    It was by far the worst hotel of this trip! The water pressure is very weak, the indoor environment is not pleasant, and a swarm of ants has emerged from the restroom. There isn't even a small refrigerator. The water pressure was far from sufficient for adult men to wash coolly, and although it was cold weather to dry the room with the air conditioner on, the room was so humid that we had to turn on the air conditioner and cover ourselves with multiple blankets. (The employees said it was humid because it was raining, but even when we opened the windows, there wasn't even ventilation. Because it was the first floor blocked by the building in front. I asked you to be considerate because it's our honeymoon, but is assigning us to a lower floor perhaps considered racial discrimination?I'm asking because I don't know much about this part.) A group of ants came out under the bathroom mirror, and an employee applied insecticide, but when I checked in the morning, I found that the ants were stuck to the insecticide. Besides the locational advantages of Sagrada Familia and two blocks, it has no other advantages. The staff are very friendly and quick to give feedback. However, that aspect does not affect comfortable accommodation. This is clearly a problem with the hotel itself and must be improved. I've visited several Ibis hotels on business trips, but none were as bad as the Barcelona branch.
