    The resort has some positive features, including a great location near the lawn, friendly staff, and a good menu. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning, bathroom facilities, and towels were all satisfactory. However, unfortunately, several issues significantly affected our overall experience, especially considering the high price we paid for our stay. The most concerning issue was a cockroach infestation in the rooms, which is unacceptable for a resort charging premium rates. In addition, the water was not potable, a fact that was not disclosed to us through Agoda when booking. Despite this, the resort did not provide bottled drinking water for guests. Other areas also need considerable improvement. There were no facial tissues provided in the rooms, the walls had numerous marks and unsightly paintwork, and the reception area felt deserted and unwelcoming. While the location, staff, and food were positives, the cleanliness, room maintenance, drinking water arrangements, and overall presentation fell well below expectations for the price charged. Recommendations: The resort should urgently address the cockroach problem, clearly inform guests about the drinking water situation before booking, provide safe drinking water, improve room cleanliness and maintenance, and create a more welcoming reception area. Overall, the resort has potential, but the management needs to address these significant shortcomings to provide guests with the standard of accommodation they are paying for. Unfortunately, the experience did not offer good value for money.

    Friendly staff. Nothing fancy but a spacious room that was clean, has AC, everything working in the bathroom, and queen beds, which is what our priorities were. Nice water views and on the west end of the Coral Coast. Road in is terrible with endless potholes, but it’s not very long. Main complaint is that there was only a thin top sheet on the bed for coverage. How hard is it to give folks a blanket? We got a 50% off deal and felt like it was fair and a good deal; would’ve felt ripped off if we’d paid full price.
