During 10 days stay not once towels or bed linen were changed. Hot water was limited and twice was unavailable, put on after complaining. Rooms were not cleaned or new toilet rolls or garbage bags given. No restaurant open , pool had only 3 sunbeds! Will not come back.

The rooms were spacious but they did not even have blankets for the beds so we slept without blankets on the first night, and the shower was just drips of water. They also gave us a two bedroom twin room on the first night, instead of the deluxe room I paid for. Sadly, I had to complain to get the deluxe room I paid for. There were also mosquitos in the room. I had so many bites. Also guests need to collect the aircon remote and TV remote from reception. The TV and aircon which is a broken piece just taped to make it work. I paid a good premium price for this over 300 plus AUD for the two nights for this. I didn’t think it was worth it. They should take initiative to make sure things like blankets, water in the shower etc. basic requirements are up to standard.

The room that I booked was nice, clean. That was it. There was bad electrical indication with lights and fans. Bathroom was nice size ..without hairdresser..but stated in the ad..all rooms with utilities.. Water issues was off at 12am ..no late showers 🚿 until 8.30am next morning.. Fridge in kitchen froze all items was put in.. NOT recommended to Stay ..
