    A comfortable stay. Much more affordable than the Fijian. Most family booked here as it was near to Shangro- la for family event. The public bus stops at the entry to Gecko. So quite convenient.

    Rooms are clean but do not have hand, face towels, and there are no tissues. The best part about this place are the rooms. The restaurant serves heated up frozen food (like TV dinners) & charges premium prices for dinner, 25FJD for a load of laundry. The pool table is broken. There are mozzies everywhere due to a still pond feature on the property. Broekn features and rusted broken poles for awnings at the pool The surroundings are quiet and there are frogs everywhere at night, and birdsong can be heard in the morning, positive. Spend no time outside morning & evening as mozzies will get you. Close to Sigatoka town (nothing to see here). If you have never been to Fiji, please skip Viti Levu island altogether. All you are going to be doing is wasting money on nothing to see. There are no nice beaches (or you have no access if you're not staying at one of the expensive resorts), and the coral bay is mostly unsnorkable. Tourists are unbelievably overcharged for terrible food and services. The staff all know this but can't do anything about it. Wifi codes are given, 1 per person, every 8 hours, and sometimes they short out within an hour. We were stuck without internet early in the morning before reception opened. Not a bad place possibly compared to others in Fiji? We are unsure as everything here seems totally overpriced for what you're getting.
