    We travelled for my sisters wedding and booked a sea view room (which we paid extra for). however when we got to the room there was no balcony and the only window looked out into some dodgy courtyard. i brought this up to management showing i paid for a sea view and they said theres nothing that can be done which i find ridiculous. then my partner went to go the pool the second day and was looking for towels but was barraged with questions and attitude about where her old towels are. We explained we left then at the pool by mistake the day before and were told theres nothing they can do as they dont give out more towels. If im paying top dollar for a hotel i expect to be able to use the pool and get replacement towels. The pool is very small. The staff are very rude also and the service is disgraceful. We got food the last night and when we were leaving the waiter said to us were are you going and we said to bed to which he replied are you not going to clean up after your self when all that was on the table was 2 cokes and a ice cream tub anf a plate. we also tried to order several times calling the waiters over after being sat for 30minutes plus but were giving rude hand gestures and comments. I get the hotel is in a busy spot but you can at least be nice. We had family also staying in the hotel who had similar experiences and for breakfast the chef at screamed at my little teenage sister as she asked the wait staff can she get someone to the omelet stand. All and all the staff ruined my experience o the holiday and wedding when I they preach about their service . I would highly recommend staying elsewhere as the only good thing about the place is its view to which you can see from the outside of it.
