Carmen Rooms -- Boutique B&B by the sea

This b n b was beautiful. Such a charming place and close to the beach area (we drove). Although we didn’t spend too much time inside the b n b because we were touring the area a lot, it was so comfortable. We didn’t have the full breakfast because we left before it started but the spread they had out before was beautiful. Would highly recommend staying here.

There are a lot of steps up and down with luggage. If you have a lifting or climbing restrictions, this probably would not be the place for you. That being said, it was a gorgeous view from up top.

Super comfy beds, clean, helpful staff, lovely small pool, super clean. Loved the honesty bar!

The hotel was in a fab location for the best beach in Nerja. Parking was easy and f.o.c right outside the hotel. The room was not big but was nicely decorated and had the bonus of a lovely balcony to sit with drinks. The bathroom was a bit dated but was clean and functional. The staff were lovely and the continental breakfast was very good with nice cold meats, cheese, eggs, toast, cereal, pastries and fresh fruit. The hotel has a pool, it's small but we enjoyed chilling there after a day at the beach. Check in, directions etc were easy to follow. I'd return here if visiting Nerja and would recommend to others.

The rooms were spacious & comfortable & the decor was nice.

We had room 3&4, room 4 had tepid water which then went cold throughout our 2 night stay, we did point this out at breakfast on our first morning & were told we must have drained the boiler off hot water??? This should not be an issue there should be constant hot water. There were not enough towels provided, & those provided were too small, electricity kept tripping…..coffee at breakfast was not great.
