The location was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean and the maids kept it that way on a daily basis.
Nothing, it was great.

Excellent location with superb views from our balcony onto the Balcon de Europa. Access in a wheelchair was also possible via the entrance off the square through the restaurant
The shower tiles needed a good clean and the room really needed decorating to cover over the marks on the walls.

Location and staff
Very poor breakfast, hot food served cold with eggs broken and piled into a serving dish. Constantly running out of mugs and glasses

The location is fantastic and the staff were nice but that was it!
The property is old and beat up! I had black marks all over my walls, and I don’t know what laundry detergent they used but there was white fluff all over the towels that stuck to me, and the sheets made me itch and sneeze. I even woke up with a rash on my legs and arms, and a stuffy nose!
