Great position at the top of Plaza de Espana. Easy check in and lift access to room. Lovely roof top area for sunbathing or dining. Comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom and shower. Nice complimentary toiletries. Excellent value breakfast.
We only stayed 1 night and because of that the room was ok but wouldn't have wanted to stay longer in it. Small and a bit claustrophobic overlooking an inner courtyard so quite dark. Not very much space for hanging clothes or storage. If we returned I would have to book one of the rooms overlooking the top of the square which looked lovely, larger and brighter and no doubt more expensive.

Loved the central location in the middle of town and the ability to walk everywhere. Friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained.
It would have been nice to have some long hanging space for dresses.

We had the suite (301) it felt like new, amazing! spacious roof terrace was a delight.

Great location, hot tub on the roof.
Separate fee each time for the hot tub, no kettle or coffee in the room-- or the entire hotel. Small room with no chairs.
