- very nice host who provided all of the necessary information few days before arrival - nicely decorated room with very homely feeling! - location was perfect in the center of Ortigia but away from the crowds - close to the beach and other attractions - all of the additional small touches that really matter - water in the fridge, coffee machine, small gift from the host, umbrellas

It was really amazing, maybe a personal preference would be to have more natural light in the room but it’s just the feature of this place

First of all the location! It was right in the centre. Best place I could have hoped for! Also the neighbourhood was safe. And the alley outside was very picturesque! Two steps from the sea! Secondly, this was the most clean place I have ever stayed at! Immaculate! With lots of cleaning materials too. It was extremely pleasant to be sleeping in such a clean bed, and also to be walking around barefoot without picking up any dust. Someone had done a very good job cleaning the place! The sea decor was absolutely lovely too! Thirdly, the courtesy of the hosts was exceptional. Cold water was waiting for me in the fridge (big bottle), there was coffee pods available, olive oil, white pepper, black pepper, you name it! A small gift on the desk for me too! I can’t thank the hosts enough for making me feel right at home!

I would have liked a colder air condition but in the long run it was cold enough after all. It would have been too much at night otherwise. Also, pity there is no balcony, but there is the possibility to sit outside as it is a pedestrian street and there are chairs available.

La ubicación era excepcional Solo eso fue positivo. La habitación era como vivir como un residente de Siracusa, dentro del centro histórico

No había presión de agua en las canillas. Salía un hilito fino de agua. Yo con pelo largo no pude bañarme los 3 días q fui. Me bañe en las duchas de la playa. El 2do día se cortó la luz!!! Sin aire acondicionado y sin poder cargar los celulares. Vinieron a arreglar y cambiar la térmica a la habitación y ahí tuvimos luz.
