About this house rental
This ancient mill, in the past one of the most important of Garfagnana, has been carefully restored preserving its peculiarities that make it a place full of history and traditions. Perfect for a relaxing holiday in a unique place, with a surreal atmosphere and far from the everyday reality.
The town of Pieve Fosciana and the medieval village of Sillico can be reached within a few minutes by car. Consisting of 2 buildings, it has a swimming pool and private parking.
The main building consists of four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds, for a total of eight. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room adorned by an antique fireplace and dining room. Externally the location is unique for the harmony with which nature blends with these buildings. The swimming pool is made up of an old tub located in the center of the garden furnished with deckchairs, umbrella and table. You reach the mill via a 2,4 km dirt road. ending in the reserved parking. From here you walk through a characteristic wooden bridge over the stream to enter the private garden.
Groups of more than 8 people will also have the dependance consisting of the fifth bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom.
Guests have access to the garden with swimming pool, to the private parking and, if more than 8 people, to the the dependence with the fifth bedroom and another bathroom.
It is suggested that you use a 4x4 or not too low car for the dirt road.
