Great place to stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nico was very kind and explained everything. The camping is close to the beach, supermarket and train station if you wish to travel. Inside the camp there is a restaurant, a pizza place, a small shop and a bar. So everything you need for a good stay. The swimming pool was also great place to relax. The hot water stopped and they fixed it in about 10 min. Very professional.

The bunk beds were not very big, seems they are made for children, hence an adult will struggle a little bit to get there. Would have been great if there were mosquito nets on all windows. On the weekend got really full and there were dogs barking and children screaming almost all the time even in the hours of relax or till late. So it was a little difficult for me to have a nap or sleep till late morning.

Comfortable stay in walking distance to the beach

The mobile home had good space for two persons and we were very satisfied with the terrace. During our stay there were not much people so it was nice and quiet. Good parking space nearby. Very nice 20 minutes walk throgh the forrest to the beach (about 1,5 km). There is a small supermarkedt on the caming and COOP supermarket about 2 km away with very good choice of products.

Wifi was not working. It would be handy with a big knife and a chopping board.

Reception friendly. Staff cleaning the bathroom facilities regularly. Clean swimming area. Good to have shop and restaurant on the camping site.

No barbecue facilities so it takes the camping out of camping really, although I asked this beforehand I was prepared with electric appliances. BUT Not enough electricity! We could not make food or coffee. The Electricity could not even handle a kettle tripping the electricity. The coco tents only offers 800watt so we could not use our standard electric kettle of 2000watt to make coffee or use the stove or electric barbecue we brought. That was very disappointing that it was not mentioned anywhere or when I asked. Electricity can only handle the fridge and cellphones charging. You have to wear swimming caps in the swimming pool. Take in mind the tents are very hot during the day in summer.

Tutto ok tranne il ristorante

Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 ( 2 adulti e 2 bambini) in una casetta mobile, essenziale ma pulita e confortevole. Staff gentile pronti a risolvere il problema dell'aria condizionata che si è rotta, fornendoci di 2 ventilatori nuovi nell'attesa che arrivasse il tecnico a ripararla (non è poi arrivato ma mancavano due giorni alla fine del soggiorno e a causa dei temporali l'aria si era parecchio rinfrescata). Servizio navetta efficiente, tutti molto gentili a parte un autista pelato che aveva sempre qualcosa da borbottare e un atteggiamento da sbruffone. Piscina ok, bar ok, ragazzo del negozio di riparazione bici molto gentile così come i ragazzi del bar e le signore del bazar. Torneremo di sicuro è lo consigliamo (tranne il ristorante) soprattutto per chi ha bimbi piccoli.

Esperienza deludente al ristorante dei Tigli – Torre del Lago Siamo stati al ristorante dei Tigli all’interno del camping, due coppie con quattro bambini. Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata decisamente negativa: abbiamo pagato molto e mangiato poco, e per di più male. Io e mio marito abbiamo ordinato un antipasto misto di mare da 16 euro da dividere in due, ma le porzioni erano talmente misere che sembrava una degustazione simbolica: una polpetta, un assaggio di insalata di mare, tutto in quantità ridicole. Se lo avessimo saputo, ne avremmo preso uno a testa. Abbiamo poi ordinato due grigliate e due fritti di mare. Anche qui, porzioni davvero deludenti: la grigliata da 24 euro consisteva in quattro scampi tagliati a metà, un tentacolo di polpo e un calamaro. In provincia di Torino, per la stessa cifra, si ricevono piatti abbondanti che si fa fatica a finire. Alla nostra richiesta di chiarimenti, il responsabile ha risposto in modo sgarbato e poco professionale, insinuando che avendo ordinato due grigliate in quattro fosse normale ricevere poco cibo. Peccato che avessimo ordinato anche due fritti, e semplicemente ci fossimo scambiati i piatti tra noi per assaggiare entrambi. Invece di ascoltarci, ha preferito liquidarci con sufficienza, dicendo che in cinque anni nessuno si era mai lamentato, e se n’è andato mentre stavamo ancora parlando. I bambini hanno mangiato altro, quindi non li menzioniamo. Forse avremmo dovuto ordinare solo la pizza, ma non lo sapevamo. I nostri amici, che erano stati lì l’anno scorso, ci hanno confermato che probabilmente c’è stata un cambio di gestione: prima le porzioni erano generose e il personale gentile, addirittura offrivano focacce nell’attesa. Un vero peccato. Non lo consigliamo.

7 GG al camping dei tigli

Ci siamo tornati per la seconda volta..ci siamo stati l' anno scorso ci era piaciuto il posto per la posizione,la pulizia, l'animazione,la piscina peccato che a differenza dell'anno passato abbiamo trovato dei prezzi al ristorante più alti con porzioni più striminzite.... .una grigliata 24 euro a testa e nel piatto hanno portato 3 scampi un pezzo di seppia un pezzo di polipo .. abbiamo preso due fritture ..16 euro a testa peccato che le hanno portate nello stesso piatto senza dirlo quindi noi aspettavamo l'altra frittura . ..abbiamo chiesto ad una cameriera che ci ha detto che sarebbe arrivata e poi dopo è arrivata un'altra e ci ha detto che la frittura era per 2...insomma ristorante bocciato completamente invece la pizza molto buona.. abbiamo chiesto di parlare con il referente della cucina e devo dire che è stato molto poco gentile..ci ha detto ma se prendete una grigliata in 4...ma noi eravamo 4adulti e 4 bambini e abbiamo preso due grigliate due fritture due antipasti(anche li per carita un assaggino di mare nel vero senso della parola)per i bambini 1 cotoletta con patatine una pizza e due piatti di pasta....quanti altri piatti avremo dovuto prendere?? Mah!! Al bar i ragazzi simpatici e gentili..mi è spiaciuto nn trovare più la gastronomia..l'anno prima avevamo preso diverse volte piatti pronti anche buoni..questa volta si poteva solo prendere dei panini da asporto al bar..molto buoni!Anche il servizio navetta è comodo anche se uno degli autisti poco cortese...cmq tutto sommato come posto lo consiglierei e se ci torneremo di sicuro non andremo al ristorante.

Leider nichts für internationale Gäste

Die Campinganlage ist mittelgroß. Es gibt einen Pool, ein Restaurant und Minimarkt, wo man das nötigste kaufen kann. Wir wohnten in einem Mobilheim mit einer zweckmäßigen Ausstattung, die für nicht anspruchsvolle Gäste völlig ausreicht (vorsichtshalber eigene Messer, ein Schneidebrett und Kaffemaschine mitnehmen). Die Klimaanlage funktionierte hervorragend und als uns das Gas ausging, wurde sofort jemand geschickt, der uns eine neue Gasflasche brachte. Die Campinganlage ist nicht international. 99% der Gäste sind Italiener, die zum Großteil Dauercamper sind. Zum Strand, der wenig weiter entfernt ist, fährt ein Shuttlebus.

Für nicht einheimische Gäste ist dieser Campingplatz wahrscheinlich sehr ungewöhnlich. Die tägliche Animation, die in den Nachtstunden keineswegs an Lautstärke abnimmt, ist auch für sehr lockere Menschen eine Herausforderung. In unserem Mobilheim haben regelrecht die Wände vibriert. Wahrscheinlich ist es aber in weiter entfernten Unterkünften besser. Der Shuttlebus fährt täglich alle 30 Minuten zum Strand. Es gibt zwei Busse. Man muss für die Rückfahrt eine Uhrzeit ausmachen. Falls aber schon alle Plätze besetzt sind, muss man zurück zu Fuß gehen (ca. 30 Minuten). Leider sprechen die Busfahrer nur italienisch. Aber mit Händen und Füßen verständigt man sich dann doch noch. In der Dusche im Mobilheim lief das Wasser entweder ganz heiß oder kalt. Es war nicht möglich eine angenehme Temperatur einzustellen.

Sicuramente un posto dove tornare.

Molto gentile il personale della Reception, sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Ambiente pulito e gradevole. La piscina curata e tranquilla. Al mattino acquagym. Molto comodo il servizio navetta da e per il mare. Piccolo bazar ben fornito. Ristorante interno molto piacevole esteticamente e ottima la pizza. Grande area giochi per bambini.

Avendo il bungalow proprio davanti all'ingresso della piscina, durante il primo pomeriggio è capitato che qualche bimbo facesse un po' troppo rumore in attesa dell'apertura della stessa, magari disturbando il riposo.. Chi ama dormire dopo pranzo magari è meglio che prenda un bungalow in un'altra zona. Poca possibilità di procacciarsi alimenti per cucinare all'interno del camping (menomale che non è troppo lontano il primo supermercato)

Campeggio per famiglie

Campeggio perfetto per chi ha dei figli, i ragazzi dell’intrattenimento sapevano fare molto bene il loro lavoro! Anche il personale nelle varie strutture è sempre stato gentile e accogliente!!

Il fatto che avendo il bungalow vicino alla piscina durante la notte si continuavano a formare gruppi di ragazzi che facevano schiamazzi. Più volte siamo dovuti intervenire insieme anche ad altri campeggiatori. Quelli della sicurezza però hanno sempre cercato di far ordine

Une chambre d’hôtel au camping

L’accueil est très sympathique et efficace. L’emplacement est proche des plages (15 minutes à pied). Un navette en minibus permet de faire aussi le trajet sans marcher. Nous avions choisi une chambre dans une maison dans le camping. Il y avait 1 lit 140x190 et 2 lits superposés. Une salle de bain privative.

Le frigo est ne refroidit pas vite. Il y a très peu de pression d’eau dans la douche. Le sol n’était pas très propre (sable).

Bel soggiorno, piccole migliorie da prendere in considerazione

Posizione abbastanza vicina alle spiagge che si raggiungono in circa 20 minuti di passeggiata, ma è pure disponibile una navetta della struttura. Lo staff è gentile e accogliente: il checkin è stato rapido, le informazioni chiare. La struttura dispone di un ristorante con bar. Posso valutare solo il secondo e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono, tant'è che abbiamo fatto sempre colazione in loco. La struttura dispone di un parcheggio sicuro, non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare posto. La casa mobile non è particolarmente spaziosa, ma si riesce a soggiornare, specie per brevi periodi, se non si hanno grandi esigenze e se non si superano le tre unità (considerato che c'è un solo bagnetto). Aria condizionata accessibile, indispensabile d'estate. Considerati pure i prezzi di Torre del Lago, davvero alti, il camping ha un discreto rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Suggeriremmo di aggiungere un tappetino per esterno doccia. Su nostra richiesta, ci è stato dato "un cencio", ma è facile che si creino lo stesso chiazze d'acqua. Anche altri rotoli di carta igienica sarebbero utili, avendone offerto solo uno per tre persone e per tre notti. In certi casi, come il nostro, un doppio mazzo di chiavi potrebbe servire agli ospiti. Piccoli animaletti in casa, ma, d'altronde, è un campeggio, non si può pretendere di viverlo come un albergo. Ultimo suggerimento, posticipare il checkout. A fronte di un checkin alle 16:00, chiedere il checkin alle 10:00 è troppo in anticipo. Sarebbe più corretto, anche per consentire agli ospiti di godere fino in fondo del mare, di posticipare il checkout di almeno un paio di ore.
