Nice

We liked easy access to pool, but WiFi and phone service was very poor. So if you wait for important calls, go to Lucca. Staff very friendly. Plus no swimming caps needed!

WiFi kept going on and off. So no communication to people of importance. And no service for calls so had to go to Lucca (insurance issue) if no important call then fine, enjoy the nature

Other than the location I would not recommend this place

The location was fine being out in the country. The environment was quiet.

Reception at arrival was not what we expected from a hospitality business. I have an airbnb property and I would never greet my guests the way we were greeted. The room was bare with just a toilet roll provided. No washing up stuff, no teatowel or dishcloth. No floor mat or shower mat and the floor can be slippery when wet. And of course there was nothing provided not even a bar of soap. We had to "rent" bedlinens which were charged person even if 2 of us shared a double bed. The water pipes make a bone shakingly loud noise whenever the toilet is flushed. No staff was around on a Sunday and the pool was kept locked.

Good value for money

A cheap place to stay with a private garden and nice little house with basic equipment. It's a great starting point to take the car and drive to other places. Good value for money!

Sometimes we didn't have warm water, because they were filling up the swimming pool. But they always wanted to solve the problems.

Absolutely relaxing and beautiful stay!

Scenic location (close to forests, hills, farms, monastery, about 15 minutes drive from old town Lucca) with great pool and panoramic view. The whole property was very well taken care of (pool, landscaping etc.). The apartment was spacious and very well equipped (barbecue, clothes rack, terrace furniture, umbrella). Family friendly, too (the pool is fenced).

Wonderful relaxing time

We had a fantastic stay. We enjoyed every minute of the pool area in a wonderful, quiet surrounding and the boys loved playing football on the field behind the pool. The apartments are very basic but we expected this and it worked all fine for us. The private garden area in front of the apartment was lovely too so we enjoyed our breakfast and other meals there. The boys had fun with the dogs of the other guests. Thank you for a great stay.

The bedlinen had a bad smell.

A quiet and comfortable starting point for travelling round Tuscany. Very comfortable houses with good equipment.

If you want to go to a bar/restaurant, you must travel to Lucca.

Schöne und ruhige Lage nah bei Lucca. Alles sehr gepflegt. Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter/Mitarbeiter. Ohne Auto/Motorrad aber schlecht zu ereichen.

Netter Urlaub

Nettes Personal, schöne ruhige Lage, mit Auto gut erreichbar und zum Glück zum Ferienhaus zugewiesener Parkplatz direkt vor Ort. Angenehme Innentemperatur durch Klimaanlage einstellbar. Dank Alarmanlage auch sichere Unterkunft. Ausstattung war okay. WLAN im gesamten Bereich vorhanden, auch wenn es manchmal nicht funktioniert hat, wurde es aber immer wieder hergestellt. Schön, dass es den Pool direkt vor Ort gibt.

Die Matratzen waren etwas zu hart, was zum Teil etwas zu Rückenschmerzen geführt hat.

Posto accogliente in un luogo immerso nella natura a due passi dalla grande città.Stupendo l'utilizzo della piscina .

Nonostante fosse stato messo in locandina il wifi non è stato possibile utilizzarlo.Purtroppo l'acqua potabile era inutilizzabile a causa di alcuni lavori fatti prima del nostro arrivo, l'acqua calda passava da caldissima a quasi fredda e le pentole a disposizione di basso costo ( i cibi si attaccano con facilità)

Il posto era stupendo....la tranquillità il verde..... meraviglioso proprio quello che cercavo, non potevo chiedere di meglio

Due cavolate i cuscini troppo bassi e mi mancavano le tendine che rendono scura la stanza alle 5:30 era già illuminante.... per il resto tutto perfetto

L'emplacement, la piscine

Peu d'équipements: pas de bouilloire, pas de micro-0ndes, pas de sèche-cheveux, très vieille cafetière avec filtres papiers. L'isolation est pratiquement nulle, on entend les voisins, même quand ils chuchotent! WiFi peu efficace!

Carino, ma...

Posto decisamente bello, panorama molto bello delle coline. In macchina, molto vicino a tanti punti turistici: Lucca, Pisa, la spiaggia, anche Firenze.

Sebbene il posto e molto bello, la distribuzione degli appartamenti non è ottima per niente. Le camere sono molto piccole. Il giardinetto a disposizione di ogni appartamento e minuscolo, e non ha nessuna vista del panorama, ma soltanto dei ligustri per la "privacy".

Bonne situation pour découvrir la Toscane

Appartements répartis dans des petites maisons en pleine campagne, en bout de route donc c'est tranquille. L'extérieur est bien aménagé : haies séparatives entre chaque logement, table de jardin La résidence est bien entretenue. A 7km de Lucques qui est une très belle ville.
