Very welcoming hosts. Location good for walking into town.
We were lucky to have the place and the pool to ourselves. Excellent breakfast.
Only that the road at the back was noisy even overnight and because of the thatched roof it didn’t dull it much. Earplugs would help.

Pleasant small guest house with only 2 small huts, a separate breakfast room and a pool in very close proximity to Franschhoeks restaurants and shops.
We enjoyed our stay with Debbie and Lee who gave great recommendations on what to do as well as where to eat or have a drink.

Traditional Rondavels, nice to stay in true African style dwellings albeit fitted out without all the modern conveniences for our comfort. Great hosts, great location and tasty breakfasts (complete with delicious homemade Lemon Curd). Also good vegan options at breakfast. Seeing beautiful Cape sunbirds and other local birds.

Rondavels were lovely with a very nice bathroom. They were walking distance to bars and restaurants. The pool was nice and there was good secure parking.
We would have appreciated the offer of help with our luggage. The road noise was greater than expected. Unfortunately bush fires, when we were staying, precipitated us leaving after one night, we left because of the smell of smoke in the room and the worry of the fires. We were slightly disappointed, due to the circumstances, to be charged the full rate for the 3 night stay.
