Fleur du Soleil Luxury Guesthouse

We had a wonderful stay at Fleur de Soleil Luxury Guesthouse in Franschhoek! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. A special mention goes to Wendy, who was truly charming and made our stay even more memorable with her warmth and kindness. The guesthouse is beautiful, and everything was perfect from start to finish. We felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. If you’re looking for a lovely place to stay in Franschhoek, we can highly recommend Fleur de Soleil.

We had a wonderful stay at Fleur du Soleil. What made the experience especially memorable was the warm hospitality of Victoria, the owner. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive and genuinely made us feel at home. The room was beautifully designed, elegant and full of thoughtful little details. You can really feel the care that has gone into everything, from the décor to the amenities, which gives the guesthouse a very refined yet intimate atmosphere. Breakfast was another highlight — generous, fresh and beautifully prepared, with plenty of choices. It was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, Fleur du Soleil feels less like a typical hotel and more like a beautifully curated home. Victoria’s hospitality, the attention to detail and the excellent breakfast made our stay truly special. Highly recommended.

Comfortable bed and clean room

Very inflexible check in options/times, location is a bit off, and breakfast for all guests is literally outside your doorstep, ie loud and zero integrity. Hostess would not stop talking and could not read the room as we we’re two couples, both trying to have a calm and quiet start to the day.
