Stunning rooms and attention to detail

We had a wonderful stay at Le Petit Manoir and would happily return. A few things were truly exemplary. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and ensure that we had a lovely experience. What stood out most was that their kindness felt genuinely sincere and focused on making their guests’ stay enjoyable, rather than simply being service for the sake of it. The location is amazing — right in the heart of Franschhoek, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with lovely artistic touches throughout, including mosaics, which I particularly appreciated. The lounge area is warm and inviting, with a beautiful fireplace that adds to the cosy atmosphere. Our room also had its own fireplace, which the staff kindly lit for us — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay feel especially comfortable and memorable. The rooms look **exactly like the pictures**, which was a lovely surprise. The cleanliness was impeccable — an easy 10/10. The bed was extremely comfortable, with fresh, soft bedding, making it very easy to relax and unwind. The food was also delicious and beautifully prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and had no complaints whatsoever. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Le Petit Manoir. It is a beautiful, comfortable and welcoming hotel, and I would definitely come back again. I would especially recommend it for couples looking for a relaxing and romantic stay in the heart of Franschhoek.

Wonderful location and staff were so helpful and attentive. The pool was a lovely touch too.
