L'Auberge Chanteclair was a truly magical place to stay. It's tranquil setting amongst the vineyards and the mountains is exceptinal. Allan and Yvonne were outstanding host. Were particularly enjoyed all the recommendations for local wineries and restaurants. The cottage (Studio) we stayed in was very spacious and charming, with lots of special finishing touches like the linenes. We also very much enjoyed the delicious breakfast with many ingredients sourced from the hotel gardens and served on delightful crockery. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay in Franschoek and we would definitely retun to L'Auberge Chanteclair.

The host Allen sure knows how to make you feel at home! He also helps all the guest with excursions tips. Together with a breathtaking deck view of the mountains in his backyard, this place is worth visiting!
We like everything. From their breakfast to their laid-back pool. There was a headwave during our stay, which pointed out the one thing we missed…airconditioning. O well..we lived!
