Very friendly and welcoming staff. We were able to park our car safely within the property. Room was well equipped and comfortable with warm blankets, and complimentary tea, coffee and rusks. The shared living room/ dining area was really great and cozy. It was cold when we were there so they set up heaters for us. The garden and pool area is so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed lounging in the sun with my book in the afternoon, watching the squirrels run around. The breakfast was superb 👌 we were served a delicious hot breakfast which was very filling. There was also croissants, cereals, and oats that were available. Its in walking distance to the main road and the wine tram. Perfect location.

We had a bright, clean room.
The manager was very pleasant with both check in and out.
Inside property parking.
Breakfast was very good.
Once we had settled we asked for some ice for our room. They did not have. We also asked for Lemons, they didn't have.
The tea bags in the room had no labels on them and there was no rooibos tea available. We had soup spoons for cereal! On asking the manager for a desert spoon we were told that this "is all that we have".
No bedside mat on the one side of the bed. Other than that, it was good enough for our needs. All small things.
