Pretty family run hotel and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
It was more 3-4 star than 4. There was a loud machinery noise from the room next door. I told reception they said they would look into it.

It could have a bit of an update. And the outside rooms at the pool courtyard don’t have a window in the room only the bathroom.

Room spacious, good location, easy to walk everywhere in Franschoek.

Neat and clean, the location is central and convenient but on a busy and noisy street.
A booking error by Booking.com or the hotel meant downgrading our room to Room2 with no Aircon in sweltering temperatures. The ceiling fan in the room only worked on 1 speed and the room has no circulation and cannot open doors and windows as it leads to the main road. Ensure you book a room with aircon and off the main road. We did not sleep well at all.
