Very clean, nice kitchen with everything you could ask for, living room with a smart TV, 2 bedrooms one with a single and the 2nd with two single beds. Walking distance to the centre of Stamford.
The owner messaged alot to provide information and ask if we needed anything, (we did try replying if you read this, but the messages wouldn't go through for some reason, sorry).
The walls were a bit thin downstairs, we were asked by the neighbour to keep the noise down in the afternoon.

Home was quite adequate and comfortable.
Loud creaking floors, broken toilet seat, grass not cut.

Good location. Well decorated and comfortable. Good facilities in the kitchen too. Shower was nice and powerful
Very squeaky floorboards upstairs from twin room to bathroom which disturb sleeper in single room. Curtains in twin room could do with blackout linings as material very thin

Location was very good for where we were working
Good size TV
Good for parking 2 vehicles
We didn't find the beds particularly comfortable.
The sofa was extremely uncomfortable.
The upstairs floorboards were ridiculously squeaky and noisy
The back garden really needed a bit of attendance.
