The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location is convenient for the airport and local shops. It’s farther from busy beaches like Las Américas, but El Médano is quieter, cozy, and less crowded. We especially liked the nearby sandy, sunny beach.
The major drawback is that it’s a duplex with the beds upstairs, accessed by about 15 steps, which may be difficult for families with toddlers, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility issues.
Next to the building is under construction and workers start at 8 with heavy and noisy machines 😬

Fabulous location, great property, clean, well appointed, good selection of kitchen stuff, comfy bed. Beautiful view from the main bedroom. Felt secure.

Great little place with a really well equipped kitchen for cooking. Courtyard is a little sun trap during the day which was lovely to step away from the windy beach every now and then. We were also allowed to check in early which we were very grateful for, as we had a lot of luggage on a very hot day!
There was only one fan to go around the whole house, in the middle of June this made sleeping by very difficult for the bedroom that didn’t get it. There is also a construction site and bin collection right outside the master bedroom, these started work very very early.

location
we sent a message informing the clerk our check out time. we were asked 3 times by different people what time we were going to leave even after we sent the message. one lady understood we were leaving too late (she obviously did not read our message correctly) when in fact we were checking out 11 hours before the supposed check out time.
