Ruim, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien. Leuk dat er een jacuzzi was.
Er was nauwelijks buitenruimte en door de bouw van het complex voelde het bijna als gevangenis: een plaatsje om te luchten

Heeeeerlijk compleet huis, locatie perfect, 2 privé parkeerplaatsen in parkeergarage is super (gezien parkeren op Tenerife vaak erg lastig is) , de bank in de huiskamer heerlijk groot ☺️.
Gemis van wat eerste basis behoefte, bijv standaard kruiden, olie, extra vuilniszakken. Dit wordt vaak achter gelaten door vorige huurders zodat volgende huurders niet weer hele flessen, rollen hoeven te kopen. In eerdere accommodaties was dit vaak wel allemaal aanwezig.

Die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch und es sind nur ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Strand. Die Betten waren bequem und die Wohnung ist sehr groß.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war verwirrend, der eine Mitarbeiter wusste nicht, was der andere macht. Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, alle Fenster sind entweder nach Norden oder in einen Innenhof. Der Fluglärm stört ein bisschen, aber nachts ist zum Glück wenig Flugverkehr.
