Prachtige locatie, in bijzonder mooie en rustige natuurlijke omgeving met uitzicht op bomen en de bergen. De huisjes zijn prima voorzien qua bedden, koelkast, airconditioning, douche en overig materiaal. Het zwembad is fantastisch en er is ook een kleine bar aanwezig voor de innerlijke mens.
In een aparte gemeenschappelijke ruimte is er nog meer materiaal beschikbaar qua servies en koeling.
Vele attracties zijn binnen 1 uur autorijden te bereiken en in het dorpje Tskaltubo zijn meerdere leuke restaurants te vinden. De eigenaresse Mari is een top gastvrouw! Ze verzorgt haar gasten optimaal met, indien gewenst , perfect ontbijt en alle overige vragen worden probleemloos beantwoord.
Er zijn wat minder kasten beschikbaar om je spullen even op te ruimen uit de koffers bij langer verblijf.

great place for families, beautifully designed, particularly the outdoors... spectacular flora and fauna. good size pool, fully equipped kitchen. Perfect place to chill, away from the city noises...

The staff was very nice, she tried her best to make us feel comfortable.
The place is cute and has a potential but it feels like no one is there.
The location is far from the city, it's hard to find.

-Beautiful grounds and very relaxing environment. We only had a short one night stop over, but really enjoyed the atmosphere (be sure to follow the directions that the property promptly messages upon booking - google maps less accurate)
-The groundskeeper was so friendly and caring - he prepared tea for us when we were not feeling well; and was really kind and full of joy (despite a clear language barrier), also sharing fruits from the land with us and making little jokes
-WiFi did not work in our room, only outside
-Unable to pay with card - had to go and get cash
-While the room was pleasant overall, the cleanliness was a bit questionable - there were lots of insects (dead and alive) in the room, found dust build up in room corners; also empty shower gel bottles...presumably from the previous guests
