It was a great experience! The house is located on a hill. It has two floors. On the ground floor, there's a kitchen-living room with a fireplace and a large table. It's equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, dishes, and cutlery. You can also take firewood (20 GEL) to light the fireplace. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a small balcony. It's very warm and clean inside. The walls and floors are wooden. The location is good if you have a car. Alternatively, you can take a taxi, 5 minutes from the center of Kutaisi. Bus #6 also runs infrequently. This is essentially a separate new house on the owner's property. The master's house is located next door.

There are no downsides. However, keep in mind that the way from the first to the second floor is via an outdoor staircase. This means the first and second floors are not connected internally.

Très jolie maison, belle vue, jolie terrasse en bas vers cuisine. Balcon dans chambre. La cuisine est magnifique,malgré que le micro ondes était très sale. Ce sont deux chambres en enfilade, séparée d une porte. Puis sortir de la 2eme chambre qui a aussi une porte qui arrive dans corridor, puis dans salle de bain.

Je pensais vu les m2 indiqués sur le site, qu il s agissait d une cuisine dans appartement. Elle est commune et il faut descendre des escaliers pour arriver dans la cour extérieure pour aller dans la cuisine.

Man ist mitten in einem Wohnquartier. Die dort wohnhaften Familien sind sehr laut und nachts brllrn ständig Hunde. Das Badezimmer stinkt nach Kanalisation, auch Lüften bringt fast nichts
