Очень хорошо оборудованный коттедж. Есть практически всё, что нужно для отдыха. Много посуды, гриль-зона, хорошая планировка. До пляжа идти около 5 минут. В штормовую погоду комфортнее, чем на первой линии.

Обнаружили достаточно большое количество муравьев на кухне, неплохо бы их ликвидировать

Понравился сам дом, его обустройство, большое количество посуды, большая придомовая территория, уличная беседка, отсутствие соседей, малолюдность пляжа. Пока искали уголь, наткнулись на рыбный рыночек на дороге в Уреки (он есть на Яндекс-картах), три раза покупали там рыбу: кефаль и барабулю, продавцы вам ее сразу чистят и разделывают.
До моря идти минимум 7 минут (засекали), по жаре тяжеловато. В соседних магазинчиках не продается уголь для мангала, нашли только в магазине стройматериалов в Уреки, фольгу нашли только в Поти. Жаль, что в доме не было никаких остатков: перец, приправы, мука (для жарки барабули), все это пришлось покупать. Совет: Фрукты и уголь лучше покупайте заранее: в Поти или по дороге.
