Великолепное месторасположение! Два шага от главной площади. Восемь спальных мест, прекрасные матрасы и белье. Очень радушный хозяин. На любую просьбу оперативно реагировал.
Окна выходят на довольно оживленную дорогу, если открыть окно, то очень шумно. Для кого-то может быть проблемой. Мы закрывали окна и включали кондиционер, было отлично. Уставшая сантехника, уставшая ванная комната.

All the matrasses were very nice. The room had a good size. Location, apart from not easy to find is perfect to explore the center of Kutaisi.
It was very difficult to find the correct location. Even with the instructions given the taxi couldn't find it. There are no signs and the backyard looks creepy when you come inside. Our taxi driver was calling with the phone numbers given, but nobody answered the phone. It took one hour longer before we could check in. It was not a good experience. It should be much easier to recognize the place and easier to check in.
