From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The house itself is charming, bright, and incredibly well-maintained. It’s spacious, tastefully decorated, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the living area is cozy and relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the large windows that let in so much natural light and offer lovely views of the surrounding greenery. The location is fantastic! Just a short walk from the famous mineral springs and the beautiful old sanatoriums, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It’s the perfect base for discovering everything Tskaltubo and the surrounding area have to offer. We enjoyed peaceful morning walks, healing baths in the springs, and easy day trips to Kutaisi and beyond. The host was an absolute delight – responsive, warm, and always ready to help with recommendations or anything we needed. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home in Tskaltubo, look no further. This place is a true gem! We’re already planning our next trip back. Если можно было бы поставить больше 10, я бы поставил не задумываясь. Это идеальное место: чистый, просторный дом, на кухне есть все вплоть до тёрки и чеснокодавки. Прекрасная ванная комната с современной сантехникой и шидромассажной ванной. Владелец очень вежливый и честный человек. Вобщем, если искать жилье в Цхалтубо, то только этот вариант. Здесь идеально!

Good accommodation to stay by the group of people (friends)

The host said that it's allowed to stay with the dogs if they will not lie on the beds and sofas, and we should pay the additional price for that. We agreed on the final sum. When we left the apartment he said that our dogs left a lot of wool on the carpet and we should pay additionally. Also, he mentioned that there is wool on the sofa. However, this was wool from the big fur toys that were located at the accommodation. It was disappointing.
