Apartment MILU

Extremely spacious, bright, clean with fantastic views.

Location is great, with a beautiful view from the nice large terrace (I spent most of my time there when at home). Everything was very clean and new. The owner was super responsive and resolved a couple of small issues that arose quickly and efficiently.

There is a confusion with the ad: I believe the whole floor used to rented out as one apartment but now is split in two. Some info and photos are from the apt we were not renting: for example, ours did not have the fireplace, oven or microwave (we did have a toaster, as well as a glass ceramic cooktop). Finally, the walls are thin and when a noisy guest appeared on the floor below, we could hear a lot. Closing the terrace doors helps to reduce the volume but who wants to close them in this scenery and mountain air? Finally, the terrace on our side needs lighting (it looked like this was underway, almost ready).

We thoroughly d joyed this apartment with great views from the large deck, washing machine with drying area, clean design as of modern amenities, spacious rooms and functional kitchen, and lovely host!

המיקום קרוב לעיר למרכז. הדירה משופצת , נקייה, מאובזרת ומתוחזקת היטב. בעלי המקום נחמדים מאוד, זמינים, נמצאים קרוב וזמינים לכל בעיה או שאלה. הנוף והדירה יפים בדיוק כמו בתמונות.

הכניסה והסביבה קצת בשיפוצים קטנים אז הסביבה נראית קצת בפיתוח. מניח שתסתיים בקרוב ואז כל החוויה תעבור שדרוג. חשוב לציין שאלו שיפוצים קטנים ולא בנייה מאסיבית אז אין שום הפרעה בשהות. רק בנראות בעת הכניסה.
