Apartment MILU

Huge apartment with new equipments, overall a very good spot. The kitchen is bright, well equipped (though it lacks a filter coffee maker or an espresso machine, it had a Turkish coffee maker). Beka and his family are absolutely adorable and very helpful. The balcony is super big, if you’re coming in the summer it must be awesome to chill there. The fireplace is a game changer!!!

No major issues! The road leading to the apartment is very steep and unpaved. We were here in winter so it was either icy or slushy, making the manoeuvre difficult. It would be awesome if the owners could make a water gutter and an actual concrete paving on the road that leads to the flat. You must take this into account if your driving skills are so-so or if you have mobility issues. Bathrooms lack shower curtains which seems to be a very common thing here. The master bathroom needs a mirror. The apartment could use some additional cozy lighting in the living room, the big lights were very strong. The building is still under construction so there are some unfinished things here and there. Though, it wasn’t bothering us much.

Настоящая находка в сердце Сванетии! Хочется поделиться восторгом от нашего проживания в этих чудесных апартаментах! Признаюсь, при бронировании мы немного волновались — на сайте была минимальная информация, так как объект новый. Но реальность превзошла все наши ожидания! Расположение идеальное: апартаменты находятся на тихом пригорке, в минуте трёх неспешной ходьбы от центра Местии. Полная тишина и уединение, но при этом все удобства рядом. А какой вид открывается с террасы... Захватывающие дух виды гор, которые мы могли созерцать каждый день за завтраком и вечером с бокалом вина! Это настоящая сказка. Пространство поразило своим размахом и продуманностью: просторная светлая гостиная с панорамными окнами, две уютные спальни и две удобные туалетные комнаты. Всё очень чисто, аккуратно и стильно. Отдельное спасибо за невероятно удобные кровати с идеально чистым и приятным на ощупь бельём. Быт был обустроен до мелочей: полностью оборудованная кухня, где есть всё — от стиральной и посудомоечной машины до качественной посуды и техники. Ощущение, что ты не в гостях, а в своём собственном доме. Для наших двух машин без проблем нашлось место на парковке. И что немало важно — это гостеприимство владельцев! Очень приятные и душевные люди, которые с такой любовью обустроили этот уголок. Мы чувствовали их искреннюю заботу. Огромная благодарность за создание этого уютного места! Мы уезжаем с массой приятных впечатлений и абсолютной уверенностью, что вернёмся снова. Однозначно рекомендуем всем — вы не пожалеете!

We had an amazing stay at Salome and Beka house, They are wonderful people who helped us with everything, gave us everything we needed with a smile and love They came out to meet us and helped us with our luggage. Their apartment is new and beautiful, large and spacious with an amazing view The apartment is decorated in a high style and with a lot of love. Everything was very clean!! more beautiful than the pictures The kitchen is large and bright with a window with a view of the glacier, The kitchen is equipped to a high standard for everything you need for cooking, also beautiful dishes for a meal, and even a dishwasher! And everything you need for a long stay... ,The beds are comfortable and luxurious, and the closets are big The balcony is huge and beautiful overlooking the entire view. The balcony is well-kept with a charming seating area and flowering potted plants. The bathrooms are new, spacious, very clean and well-equipped, with a washing machine and even a luxurious makeup mirror. The apartment is located on a street above the city center so that on the one hand everything is close and accessible and on the other hand the apartment is in a quiet and private place. Beka and Salome made us fall in love with Mestia, we promised them that we would return and if we do, only to their apartment. Thank you salome and beka!!!
