Великолепное расположение: море близко, но отделяют деревья и не так шумно. Рядом кафе Аджариан и Чебуреки, где можно вкусно и недорого поесть. В апартаментах очень уютно, чисто и просторно. Помимо кроватей есть диваны в гостиной и плетёная мебель на огромной веранде. Есть всё для приготовления еды. Большой холодильник. Огромное спасибо гостеприимным отзывчивым хозяевам за помощь в решении наших проблем!
На веранде (не в спальнях) по вечерам (до 23:30) слышно живую музыку из ресторана. Для нас это было преимуществом, музыка поднимала настроение и мы её прям ждали!

Nice apartment in front of Kobuleti beach. You can start and finish your day with a good swim and beach relaxation if the weather allows. Absolutely stunning big terrace with a big table where you can eat/drink/watch sunset and the sea. The host is quite responsive (no English however). Nice cafes in 2-5 min walk.
- Can be very noisy from 19 to 23 because of live music in the hotel cafe/disco next door. Also, there can be a noice from the playground(s) downstairs - There were electricity and gas outages in Kobuleti in June 23, looks like it can happen from time to time - Strong smell of mould from the drying rack and some wardrobe shelves, the deep cleaning recommended - Relatively high price comparing with the market

Very close to beach:) clean and comfortable for bigger group like our. Close to the shop, restaurants etc. Nice place.
Problems with hot water.
