This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat welcomes one Dog (with owners permission) and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The cozy ambiance is enhanced by a well-appointed living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of beach adventures. The cottage features a queen bedroom, two full beds, and two twin singles, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.
Step outside to enjoy the private yard, complete with comfortable seating and a gas grill, perfect for summer barbecue or perch on the Patio with fire pit to roast s'more's! The property is equipped with modern amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or take them outside to savor the fresh air.
For your entertainment, the living room features a smart TV and free Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected or unwind with your favorite shows. Additional comforts include laundry facilities, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.
Located just a 5 minute walk from the sandy shores, you can also easily stroll to nearby bars, dining options, and ice cream shops, as well as shopping venues. I spent part of many summers in thos area as a child and it was great to be back

Having no lock box for the keys at the property was a real headache. Not being familiar with the area and spotty cell service made getting into the house an unwanted adventure. Only one set of keys for 5 adults was a juggling game too. Really my only gripe.

This was my grandparents home our family sold 22 years ago. I was so excited to see they kept some of the homes character. A few minor things but overall we look forward to going back if it is still being rented next year. We love how close to the beach it is as well!
