Great fenced in backyard - perfect for our dog! Loved the fireplace, proximity to stores and restaurants and the beach, quiet neighborhood. Unit felt very clean, with plenty of seating and kitchen amenities.

It’s misleading to bill this as “3 minute walk to private beach”. The “beach” is pretty but tiny and you really can’t do anything there except sit on a bench - and it’s not the ocean. I had to scrub my wine glass before using it and my husband had to scrub a frying pan before using it. Walking through an adult’s bedroom to get to another one is awkward. Maybe put the twin beds in there and set up a more private space in the other bedroom for an older child, adult or couple? Bathrooms had no place to put things. Toilets were tiny.

Very nice and clean home. Quiet spot close to everything, great yard in the back.

Wish the bedroom curtains were thicker to block really early morning light. All else was great!

The yard was nice.

There was a pet previously which I had an allergic reaction to. The bathrooms needed a little more attention prior to arrival. Some parts of the house were dated and needed upgrades.
