Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a wooded residential neighborhood, this inviting three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home offers a relaxing Cape Cod escape just a short distance from Parker’s River Beach. A nearby pathway makes it easy to reach the sand and water in just moments, while the fenced yard and private setting create the perfect place to unwind after a day by the shore.
Inside, the home features a bright and open main living area, a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, and a dining space designed for gathering with family and friends. The first floor includes a spacious primary bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bath, along with the convenience of a first-floor layout for easy access. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds, as well as an additional sitting area with a double sleeper sofa and a full bath with tub and shower combination.
Step outside to enjoy the home’s private backyard, complete with a large deck, outdoor furniture, gas grill, and enclosed outdoor shower—ideal for rinsing off after the beach. Additional amenities include ductless air conditioning, wireless internet, washer and dryer, and plenty of space for a comfortable coastal stay.

My parents, my husband and myself stayed in this lovely house. The house was equipped with everything you could need. It was an easy walk, by trail, through the woods to the beach. Even my 85+ y o parents could make it. We had a great stay!

The house and location far, far exceeded expectations. Just a short walk to the beach which was fantastic. The house had everything you could possibly want. We WILL be coming back next year!!!

This is a great house! It is spacious and comfortable. it is a short walk to the beach, and walking through the woods makes it a bit exciting, It is a house that clearly somebody lives in so it has personal touch in every corner, is well equipped (it has been a while since we rented a property that had all the spices and tools we wanted/needed :) ), has a lot of coziness in it. Beds were conformable (not a given, trust me...). All in all an excellent place to stay in the cape and we truly enjoyed its comfort and location.
Few comments: (1) there are coyotes in the woods and they are not shy, so if you travel with a small dog keep them close and short leashed. The backyard is fenced but I am not sure it is tall enough to completely discourage a coyote (2) kitchen paper towels and bath tissue were in short supply (or maybe we just could not find the extra)
