Loved the house and the location, adorable! Would have liked it stocked a little more, we had to supply most things and request check in instructions. Once we settled it was a great time!

We loved our stay at this property! The house is close to the grocery store and activities, but it didn't feel like you are in a main area. The view is wonderful, the outdoor shower is great, the two decks are relaxing and it was the perfect getaway. Kevin is communicative and very quick to reply to any messages!

We absolutely loved our stay! Cottage was perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, with two decks to spend time outside and enjoy the yard & marsh view. We had everything we needed - well equipped kitchen and grill, and of course the outdoor shower - a must for a visit to the cape! We’re hoping to book again for our vacation next year!
