The house was centrally located. Close to beaches, restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, etc. You can easily walk to bass river beach and avoid paying for parking, and is even a short 20 minute drive to the north side of the cape and their beaches. The house itself was very accommodating. Ample space for our group which included 5 kids and 4 adults. Liz was extremely responsive for any questions leading up to the stay, and during the stay as we had some questions come up while we were there. She even provided linens for our 3 night stay which was extremely nice of her as it clearly says only for week long stays where we stayed for 3 nights.
Overall I would definitely recommend this place to others!

The house was as advertised and fit our group of 9 comfortably. Very easy walk to the beach and good assortment of beach amenities to use. Host was responsive and friendly! We would stay here again and recommend the home to others!

This property Is just as pictured. The sun room and living room offer plenty of space to sit and socialize. All appliances work well and the property manager, Liz, responds right away to any questions you might have. We would stay there again.

Great time with my whole family of 8 for a long weekend at this house! There are several large communal areas (two living rooms, kitchen, porch, etc) where everyone could hang out comfortably together. The house is in prime location for many mid-Cape activities and is in very easily walkable distance to two different beaches! The host was very helpful answering any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely book again!
