About this house rental
We love this spot. Our property is very central to much of life on the Cape with close access to many different beaches and locations to explore. If you want a flavor of different areas on the Cape during a week-long stay, this is the place to visit! We are close to highways, allowing easy travel to places like Hyannis, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, P-town, Mashpee Commons, Woods Hole, or Falmouth center. Yarmouthport and Dennisport are minutes away and there are TONS of shopping opportunities, restaurants and activities for kids of all ages, including hiking trails accessible from our neighborhood, a nearby golf course, half a dozen mini-golf and ice cream places within 5-10 minutes and nearby bike trail. We chose this location because we love to explore and the quaintness of this home and neighborhood makes for a peaceful escape for our family.
Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with smaller children. Parties are not allowed, and noise levels outside should be kept to a minimum to respect the neighbors. We have installed one device overlooking our backyard to monitor for excessive noise in order to prevent any neighborhood complaints.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent 4 nights in this home with our 4 children ages 1-10. There was ample space, plenty of extra bedding including pillows and blankets, towels & other amenities. We enjoyed the grill, outdoor seating space and camp fire one night. We also enjoyed all of the outdoor games available at this property. The neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed movie nights every night as a family as well. The location is close to local beaches, stores, restaurants & activities. We had a fantastic stay and hope to come back soon!

This is our third time staying at Michele’s. As always, she was an amazing host. Quick with communication and very accommodating. The house is perfect for our family of 4 with more than enough space and an abundance of amenities. We look forward to returning again in the future!
