About this house rental
A beautiful home for a perfect getaway on the Cape! With upper and lower floors, it accommodates 12+ people, although it is very cozy and comfortable for a smaller group as well: for a family reunion, a wedding party or just best friends enjoying a vacation together.
This beautiful home is very nicely maintained and offers a fully supplied kitchen with a large refrigerator w/ an icemaker, a large stove, microwave, lobster pots, and more.
The first floor has a dining area with a large farm table accommodating 8 to 12 people; a cozy living room with a TV, DVD player, and an A/C unit and floor fan; a warm sunroom with a TV; a master bedroom with a king size bed, a TV, a window AC unit and a table fan; a 2nd large bedroom with 2 twin beds, a desk, a window AC unit and a table fan; a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms, each with a desk and a ceiling fan. 4 new A/C units have been installed in the bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have queen-sized beds and 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a large full bathroom with tub/shower combination plus a separate stand up shower, as well as 2 sinks. There are a total of 7 A/C units in the house.
There is a large fenced-in backyard ideal for lawn games, sitting in the sun or just relaxing with a cold drink after coming home from the beach. It has a patio with an umbrella picnic table and a Weber gas grill, a wonderful enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after a long day at the beach and a clothesline.
Attractions: The house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac road within walking distance to Kelly's Pond, the West Dennis School Playground, The West Dennis Yacht Club, the Bass River Park and Marina, and a fishing dock on Bass River. The Town of Dennis is known for their spectacular beaches on both BAY side as well as the OCEAN side! The local beaches; West Dennis Public Beach and the South Village Beach, are an easy walk or bike ride away. You will find local kayaking, paddle boarding and river cruises as well as the Cape Cod Rail Trail in South Dennis, considered the "Best place to ride a bike." Our family had a lovely vacation at this Lovely Dennis property. Our group included 3 groups of adults and 4 small children 5 and under. 6 bedrooms was perfect. 2 full baths and an outdoor shower is always a hit. The fenced backyard allowed for water pistols, splash pads and lots of running. The house had some helpful touches - nightlights in the bathrooms, a washer/ dryer and clothes baskets in each room. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were sad to leave.

Great location for us to attend a family wedding in Harwich Port. The 6 bedrooms were perfect for us all to have our own space and the living room and dining area also comfortably fit all 9 of us. Having to bring all the linens for 6 beds and towels for everyone was a challenge but that seems to be the norm these days. I recommend this listing for big groups.

This house was so roomy! It had everything you could ever need as far as kitchen supplies, beach items, etc. It was great having a washer and drier after so many beach days. The location was great because it’s only a mile from the beach, but also close to route 28 so easy to get anywhere. We loved it! Thanks for the great stay for our whole family.
