A wide range of facilities, particularly washing machines; you won’t find accommodation with washing machines in the city centre. Another advantage is its proximity to the station; this is all the more true given that Line 6 is such a convenient line to use. Supermarkets: Although it’s a short walk from "Franprix" right near by Paris Auriol, "Carrefour Market" in front of Nationale station has a wider selection and lower prices.
Please take care when arranging the handover of the keys (=The owner apparently explained it using a drawing or a photograph, but unfortunately I couldn’t view the image on my mobile phone). So that, it is advisable to let the owner know your exact arrival time by the day before, so that you can speak to them by phone upon arrival (As the owner doesn’t live in the neighbourhood, we’ll have to communicate by phone if any problems arise).

Eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung in der 3. Etage eines großen Mehrfamilienhauses. Kleiner Fahrstuhl. Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Die Metrostation ist direkt vor der Tür. Man hat aber nichts gehört! Es war alles da. Sogar Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Föhn. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Nur die Geschirrtücher waren nicht da. Vielleicht selber eins mitbringen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter.

L’appartement est bien situé , en face d’une station de métro pour découvrir Paris et à 5mn à pied de l Accor Arena ( super emplacement pour venir voir un concert). Bien équipé.
La literie n est pas confortable, les matelas sont en très mauvais état… la salle de bain/wc est minuscule.

The metro station is close, it's good.
The room was not clean when we arrived on time, The smell of the staircase was disgusting! All beds were really really uncomfortable.
