V close to sea and promenade walk. Quiet location away from tourist centres.
Owners quick to respond to any issues.
Shower v slow to drain and quite dated.
A couple of issues dealt with v quickly by owner on request.
It would have been nice to enjoy view of sea from upper terrace if that had been set up as the pool area was surrounded by a very high wall.

The location; the proximity to the coastal path and beach and the short distance to the town of La Garita. The house was very well equipped in all aspects. The house was spacious. The pool was a good size. The beds were comfortable. The owner and her family were extremely helpful.
The pillows were hard. We could have used a few more tea towels and additional towels. The bathrooms could probably do with an upgrade. There is no dishwasher but that wasn’t a problem for us.

A very nice local area, where we have not met a single tourist from outside of Spain 🙂 for few days. There is a great long promenade along the coast just next to the house. The house has provided us full privacy. There was a very good communication with the host. It has a very nice big pool with a big area around the pool. There is a view on the sea from the area.
Some of the house equipment would benefit of renovation or replacement.
