Easy keys collection with a lockbox, Parking right next to the property. Lots of space indoor and outside with seating and BBQ facilities.
The facility does not have proper kitchen equipment. Barely enough cutlery for residents and no proper sharp knifes. The house has 2 separate apartments which if you are renting the entire property are not connected. Having to go outside or choose which place will be the main place to hang out is inconvenient.
The dirt in the rooms and bathrooms has been very disappointing with dust and dirt all over the floor and furniture. A shower with stains all over it from hard water and not proper cleaning caused it to stop working with the water pressure has been non existent.
