La casa esta ubicada entre arboles y es muy hermosa con mucha privacidad. En general la casa esta muy bien salvo algo de humidad en algunas de las habitaciones pero para nosotros no fue problema, tuvimos buen tiempo entonces las ventanas las tuvimos abiertas casi siempre. Sobre todo quiero dar las gracias a Sandra, quien nos recibió y nos explicó todo de la casa, es una persona muy simpática y atenta con los huéspedes, solo el echo de saber que estaba para cualquier cosa nos daba tranquilidad, sin ella la casa no podría funcionar tan bien porque es una casa grande y requiere mucha trabajo para mantenerla tan limpio y en buen estado.

El trato de Villa Gran Canaria fue muy impersonal y incomprensible después de hacer la reserva, hasta el punto que no sentí cómodo de haber hecho la reserva. Creo que deben tratar a sus huéspedes, que son los que pagan, con mas tacto y simpatía.

Very large house, comfortable with lots of seating areas indoors and outdoors. Very homely feel (albeit a little dark with dark furniture and floors), lots of equipment in the seating area, nice outdoor pool for cooling off. The lady who met us at the property was very helpful.

The property is in the hills, which we really wanted. But just to flag that this means most parts of the island are at least one hour drive away - 30 mins to get down the hill via the fastest / least winding route, then at least 30 more mins to get to the north west, south west or south east of the island. The drive is fine, but doesn’t mean two hours in the car every day. We were there in November, and while it was hot and sunny while we were there, the tree shade at the property and position of the winter sun in the sky meant that it was impossible to sit in the sun anywhere on the property other than a small seated area that got the sun for 1/2 hours per day
